30-day returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition with tags attached (where applicable).
Final sale / special designs
Select limited drops or special-design items may be marked final sale. If there’s a defect or we sent the wrong item, contact us and we’ll fix it.
How to start a return
- Email support@velita.shop with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll confirm eligibility and share return instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or incorrect items
Snap a quick photo and reach out within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace the item or refund you — no stress.
